My little Goose is growing so fast. It makes me happy to know that he is growing healthy and strong, but we are officially out of the wobbly neck, brand-newborn stage and it is not easy for this Momma.

Cooper's Size
Cooper is wearing some 3-6 month outfits and some 6 month outfits.
He is still in his size 2 diapers, but I'm thinking we'll need to size up pretty soon.
Our 4 month checkup is on the14th, so I'll have his weight and height then. I'm thinking Dr. C will tell us to start cereal soon. I'm excited to see his reaction!

Cooper's Likes
Cooper loves EATING, watching Sprout (Caillou, Sesame Street, The Berenstain Bears), listening to Mommy read, his paci, car rides, BATHS (yes, my child all of a sudden is loving him some bath time), music, Daddy in general (no one makes him laugh like Daddy does) and snuggling with Mommy.
Cooper's Dislikes
His poor gums must be sore because the only time he is fussy is when he is rubbing his mouth. I feel so sorry for him and have been giving him some baby Tylenol.
If we go past the three hour mark for his feeding, he tell us ALL about it! Ha! Boy is on a schedule and does NOT like to wait.
Places We Go
We love to go to church and family lunch on Sundays, Grandparents' and Great-Grandparents' houses, friend's houses, shopping and out to eat.
We love to hang out with our sweet cousin, Bennett Grace!
What We Are Up To
Cooper is still eating 6 oz. every 3 hours during the day. His last bottle is at 9:00 pm and he sleeps until between 8:30-9:00 am in his crib. So blessed!
We are working on rolling over and are this close! I video him while we play on the floor and sometimes when I think it's about to happen, I'll gasp and he lays back flat. Ha! I know he'll do it one day when I DON'T have the camera on him.
We pulled out the exersaucer and he loves it! The jungle theme looks lovely with our living room decor. Ha!
He looks at Mommy so sweet. If anyone else is holding him and I start talking, he will find me in the room. I LOVE IT! I hope he still loves me like this when he is 18. Ha!
He "talks and talks" all the time.
He smiles BIG smiles at everyone he sees and I've noticed he especially smiles when he sees blondes...maybe because my hair is so dark and that's what he sees everyday?
He chews his hand constantly. He also sucks on one or two fingers. The slurp sound he makes cracks us up.
He stands up on our laps.
He is taking most of his naps in his crib now. He takes 2 (sometimes 3) good naps every day.
As bad as I want him to stay little, I am looking forward to his first birthday party. I have already started planning and picking up a few things here and there (I figure that way it won't be quite as expensive all at once). We are going with a SOCK MONKEY theme and I have some great ideas up my sleeve!
Mommy and Daddy love our Cooper Joe and are so proud of you! You amaze us every day and we thank Our God daily for giving you to us!

Four months!! Ahhh!!! I typed LG's post today (to post tomorrow) and couldnt believe it! Time slow down! :) He's as cute as ever! :)

DeleteYour little man is sooo cute!! My daughter loves Sesame Street. I think she likes Abby Cadabera the best :) And my son is 4 and still head over heels for Caillou. It's hard for me to watch that show though because I feel he is soo whiny! haha

DeleteBGT loves all of those shows! She's big on Disney Jr. too. She loves Sophia and Doc McSuffins. I love that picture of them together! Both with their hands in their mouths like two peas in a pod!!!!
