I was so excited when the first flurries started falling...
I knew I didn't want Cooper out in the cold long, so as soon as the snow started coming down, I bundled him up, ran outside, scribbled his name in the snow, ran in and grabbed him, ran back out and snapped a bunch of pictures. Then, I ran him back inside. Ha! I know the neighbors thought I was nuts! This
Yeah, he wasn't that impressed by it. Ha!
If he is his mother's son, he'll change his mind when he gets older. I LOVE snow!
If you look close, you can see it falling.
Coop was worried y'all wouldn't be able to see him because he was wearing his camo! Ha!
As soon as I got him in, changed and thawed out, I headed back out to take more pictures. It was so beautiful!
This was my version of snow shoes. Yeah, not such a great idea. My toes were ice cubes when I came back in!
I was so glad we didn't have to get out and drive. I'm not sure how the Rogue would have done in the snow. Ha! It's not exactly an all terrain vehicle.
This is about how much we got! Not exactly a blizzard, but it was enough for me.
Did y'all get snow where you are?!
Also, today is my sweet baby brother's 22nd birthday. I don't know how he is 22 years old! I still have him frozen in my mind as an 8 year old freckle faced little boy running in my room and pestering me while I was on the phone with my friends. Ha! Now he is a handsome grown MAN and one of my very best friends!
Clayton Alexander Watson, I hope your birthday is as great and wonderful as you are.
We LOVE you, Uncle Bird!
(Gotta love my stylin' Krackeroo's outfit. Hey, those waffle weave leggings were all the RAGE at my elementary school in the 90's. Ha!)
Y'all have a great weekend!
xoxo

We don't have snow! I USED to like it...until it actually snowed up here ha! I used to love snowmen...not I feel like I want to knock them down:)
ReplyDeleteAs long as you don't knock Cooper's snowman down, we'll be good! :)Have a good weekend!
DeleteI'm so jealous of the snow! Down here in Lower Alabama, we didn't see any. :( Cooper is absolutely adorable!
ReplyDeleteAww man! Well ours didn't last long and started melting almost as fast as it fell. Thank you Girl. Y'all have a great weekend!
DeleteWhen we had our first snow, my son was 6 months old and definitely not impressed. Yesterday, we had to drag him in from playing. He didn't want to come in. He's 2 1/2 now. Give it a couple years. :-) He's adorable!
ReplyDeleteOur snow didn't last either. It's basically gone now and I'm sad. I'm hoping we'll have another snow this year!
Ha! I was the same way when I was little. I would play in the snow until I was soaking wet and my feet were numb. ;) Thank you so much sweet Girl. Y'all have a wonderful weekend!
DeleteLOVE the pictures! Such a cutie-pa-tootie!!
ReplyDeleteBy the way, LOVE your new blog look! Did you do it?! I HAVE GOT TO LEARN & freshen up our blog! Is there a tutorial or anything you followed or are you just good like that?;)
ReplyDeleteI did! I didn't use a tutorial, I just played around until I liked how it looked. I'll email you and tell you what I did. Beware though, I'm no expert. Ha! Thanks!
DeleteSnow is so fun! It snows often here on the East Coast but I still love it! Love Cooper's camo!
ReplyDeleteI know! It's gonna be so much fun when Cooper and Londyn Grace know what's going on and can enjoy it. :) Y'all have a great weekend!
DeleteAwww how sweet! Coop looks so cute :)
